Educators for Social Change is a committed group of educators who share a passion for improving the current education system for both students and teachers. The purpose of this newsletter is to create awareness of the current challenges that schools boards, educators, teachers, administrators and most importantly our students are facing.

Educators for Social Change also aims to create a space for educators to voice their concerns, share their opinions, and develop a support system in order to implement change.

ESC is committed but not limited to three areas: equity, social justice issues and character development. Every newsletter will include articles on these topics as well as useful resources, personal stories and lesson plans adaptable for all grades.

We appreciate any feedback and also want to invite you to be a part of Educators for Social Change. We welcome any articles, lesson plans, book reviews, quotes, information about related events, and personal reflections.

Please email us at educatorsforsocialchange@gmail.com. Stay tuned for our first event aimed to bring educators together to discuss possibilities and share our experiences.
